ADI Index 2021: DV-L System
DV-L (Dust Voice – Lock System) is a magnetic door sealing system for sliding and swing doors that provides acoustic insulation and protection against the passage of air and dust particles. It has been selected by the ADI Permanent Design Observatory for inclusion in the ADI Design Index 2021.
The ADI Design Index is an annual presentation of the best in Italian design. It is an integral part of the selection system for the ADI Compasso d’Oro Award. The ADI Permanent Design Observatory, composed of a group of experts from throughout Italy, has selected DV-L System for inclusion in the ADI Index 2021.
DV-L (Dust Voice – Lock System) is a magnetic door sealing system for sliding and swing doors that provides acoustic insulation and protection against the passage of air and dust particles.
A series of magnets positioned on all four sides of the door activate the closure system when the door is about to close. The magnets disengage as soon as the door is opened again, allowing it to slide or swing normally.
