Banca Mediolanum, Milano

Banca Mediolanum is an Italian bank headquartered at Palazzo Meucci in Basiglio (MI), founded in 1997 by entrepreneur Ennio Doris. Palazzo Meucci is situated within the impressive Milano 3 project, constructed between 1980 and 1991 by Edilnord Progetti Spa, with the aim of creating a city "where people live surrounded by greenery and outside the city chaos". The district, designed to be completely autonomous, offers numerous personal services, including those of Banca Mediolanum.

The renovation project of the company offices, by Dante O. Benini & Partners Architects, was completed in 2023 and involved UniFor in the supplying furniture for the entrance area, reception and some offices on the ground floor. The green spaces outside Palazzo Meucci are mirrored indoors: two semicircular sofas from the PRINCIPLES collection designed by OMA surround small green areas, welcoming the public and inviting them to sit while waiting. The sofas, sized XL, are specially designed to accommodate multiple people. In line with the circular design of the PRINCIPLES furnishings, UniFor also crafted the two reception desks with metal structures and front shelves at the client's request.

For the main meeting room and the two offices on the ground floor, RP walls with single glass and hinged doors were installed. The Naòs System table with glass top (450x150cm) is ideal for group meetings, while two Flipper Bench desks in white laminate complete the individual offices.
